This website is owned by Gabisanpa Servicios S.L. (hereinafter referred to as GS), whose identifying details are as follows: CIF: B72361447, address: Sotavento 1 – 11130 – Chiclana de la Frontera (Cádiz), registered in the Commercial Registry of Chiclana de la Frontera on October 11, 2018, before notary D. Francisco de Asís, with protocol number 280. Email: gabisanpaservicios@gmail.com, phone: +34 615 669 446. GS directly manages the advertised apartments and villas. Below, you will find the terms and conditions of GS, which refer to payment methods, reservation conditions, and other services offered.
To use our services, the user must enter the required information in the reservation form. Reservations and payments must be made by persons over 18 years of age, who will be responsible for the actions of their accompanying guests, beneficiaries, and/or minor occupants. Therefore, if you are a minor, you will not be able to book any service through this reservation system unless you have the proper written consent from your parents or legal guardians. The online reservation process requires users to provide GS with certain personal information as required by authorities, such as full name, date of birth, email, phone/mobile number, address, city, postal code, country, and payment method. The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information to GS. Failure to do so, or using an invalid or expired payment method, may result in the inability to access our services or the termination of these conditions by GS.
Guests must close windows and doors and turn off air conditioning devices when leaving the accommodation. The air conditioning systems are fully efficient, so the room will cool or heat within minutes after being turned on. Guests must take care of the accommodation and leave it in perfect condition; otherwise, the cost of repairs or extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests must immediately report any damage found in the accommodation. Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the full retention of the security deposit to cover deep cleaning costs. The use of the solarium/pool is the sole responsibility of the guests. If staying with children, guests must ensure that they do not access these areas without adult supervision. The contract will be terminated if guests disturb neighbors, exceed the maximum number of contracted guests, or damage the accommodation or its inventory. Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar events that cause disturbance to neighbors are strictly prohibited. The access code to the accommodation will only be valid from the check-in time until check-out time, after which it will automatically deactivate. Guests are not allowed to rearrange the furniture, move items, or place mattresses on the floor.
The total price of each accommodation is stated in its descriptive file and expressed in euros (€), the official currency of the European Economic and Monetary Union. The minimum stay is two nights for apartments and three nights for villas, though this may vary depending on the season and conditions at the time of booking. Reservations can be made through www.seavillas.es, www.casadelavegasuites.com, or via the contact channels specified on each website. The final price includes VAT, cleaning, bed linens, towels, utilities, and high-speed Internet connection. The final price does not include the tourist tax (unless specified), paid parking, breakfast, or additional services. Extra services will be charged with 10% VAT and will be clearly itemized during the booking process.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All transactions are secure. If paying by card, confirmation is automatic. If the card transaction is declined, the guest must provide an alternative card. Failure to complete the payment at least 24 hours before arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice, making it available for other clients. If paying by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to gabisanpaservicios@gmail.com, including the reservation reference number. Reservations via bank transfer must be made at least one day in advance and no more than 18 months in advance.
For villa reservations, confirmation requires a 25% advance payment of the total amount. For suite reservations, confirmation requires at least a 50% advance payment. If additional items such as cribs, high chairs, or extra beds are required, they must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
Check-in time is from 5:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Guests must provide detailed arrival information in advance, including flight, train, bus, or car details. Upon reservation confirmation, guests will receive a link for online check-in, which is legally mandatory for automatic submission of guest details to the Civil Guard registry. Failure to complete this process may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, with no refund if it was a non-refundable booking.
On the day of arrival, GS reserves the right to request a security deposit via credit card pre-authorization, which will be fully refunded upon departure if no damage occurs.
Cleaning includes regular towel changes (except on check-in/check-out days, Sundays, and holidays) and bed linen change every four days. The user must inform GS of the number of guests included in the reservation. Only the number of people indicated in the booking may stay in the accommodation. Additional guests will be charged a daily supplement per person. In case of violation, GS reserves the right to request the immediate departure of the user, with no right to claim compensation. Guests must show a valid ID during check-in.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from GS. If approved, the owner accepts responsibility for any damage caused by the pet. An additional cleaning fee applies for anti-allergen deep cleaning.
Some accommodations have traditional keys, while others use magnetic cards. In case of loss or theft, guests must assume the replacement cost. GS staff may enter the accommodation for scheduled maintenance (with prior notice) or emergencies (without prior notice).
The right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Spanish consumer law for accommodation services booked for specific dates. Users may cancel or modify a reservation by notifying GS as soon as possible via email or phone.
Any cancellation or change must be communicated in writing (WhatsApp or email). GS is not responsible for misunderstandings due to failure to communicate changes or cancellations in writing and may reject any claims arising from such omissions.
For apartments, reservations can be canceled free of charge up to seven days before arrival, with a full refund except for non-refundable rates. For villas, reservations can be canceled free of charge up to fourteen days before arrival, with a full refund of any amount paid. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. GS recommends purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover unexpected expenses.
GS is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Guests are responsible for leaving the accommodation in good condition. Any damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit, and guests will not be entitled to a refund of the deducted amount. If the repair cost exceeds the deposit, guests must pay the difference. GS is not liable for failures or delays in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond its control (force majeure). These include acts, incidents, omissions, or accidents beyond reasonable control.
The use of this website and the purchase of services through it are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute related to the use of this website or the contracts for purchasing services will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiclana de la Frontera. By using our services, users expressly accept the jurisdiction of Chiclana de la Frontera. Contracting as a consumer does not affect the rights granted by current legislation.
